3. Digital Delivery & Download Limits
- Instant Access: Delivery is digital and instant via email and your user account after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.
- Limits: Each product can be downloaded up to 3 times.
- Responsibility: We are not responsible for the loss of files due to hardware failure, accidental deletion, or account loss. Users are strongly encouraged to backup their purchases immediately.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a product has been downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued. By purchasing, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal for digital content.
6. Limitation of Liability
The products are provided “as is” without any warranties of fitness for a specific purpose. Toutant is not liable for any damages arising from the use or misuse of our products beyond the purchase price of the product.
